I am a massage therapist specializing in the more holistic, natural practices such as: Massage (Swedish, Deep Tissue, MFR, MET), as well as Aromatherapy, Energy Techniques & Foot Reflexology. I am very passionate on the mind-body-spirit connection and how stress plays a big factor in our health. Not only do I focus on stress-relief and preventive care therapies, I aim to help those who suffer from various conditions such as Depression, PTSD, AIDS, Post-Partum, Alzheimer’s, and Autism. It has been shown that people who receive natural benefits as a part of their care have had decreased stresses and symptoms of their conditions.
I also make my own line of aromatherapy blend products, introducing a different product line for the different seasons. Essential oils have been used for thousands of years for just about every condition under the sun- whether it be physical, mental, or psychological. I always recommend encorporating aromatherapy into my sessions as well as a part of a daily routine for clients to use on their own.
